Analytics & forecast

Numbers calculated from what actually happened, not added up by hand

Revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR come straight from your operating data. Analytics explains why, forecast says what comes next, and the front desk, the manager and the owner see the same numbers.

Where your guests come from

The Analytics screen groups bookings by guest country. Knowing where guests come from tells you which language to reply in and which market to run a promotion for.

Da Nang
Guests come from 5 main markets, 103 bookings for the demo property. Starting points are drawn at each country's capital. Map: Natural Earth.

Step by step

  1. 01

Operating data is recorded as it happens.

Bookings, payments, room-nights: every action leaves a trace.

  2. 02

Roomrise calculates revenue, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR from that same data.

Not numbers added up by hand at the end of the period.

  3. 03

Choose a period and a level.

One property or your whole portfolio, with the same formula.

  4. 04

The numbers shown are the same for every role.

Front desk, manager and owner look at the same figure.

Reading back last month

Numbers are only useful when two people can sit down and read the same version, not two different ones.

Many property types, one way to run them

Six common setups, from a small hotel to a multi-property operator. Each one turns on the parts it needs and leaves the rest alone.
