Roomrise AI runs on your own data

Not a bolt-on assistant. Rate suggestions read your property's booking history and occupancy pattern; guest replies read the exact booking they're replying to.

  • 01

    Reads your data

Booking history, occupancy patterns, channel mix, the content of the conversation at hand. Not an industry-wide template.

  • 02

    Suggests with a reason

Each suggestion states which signal led to it, so you can check it before you agree.

  • 03

    Stops and waits for you

By default nothing runs on its own. Turn on automation and the safety gates that cannot be switched off still stand.

AI Pricing

Rate suggestions, with a reason you can read

The AI Pricing screen in Roomrise carries one line right under its heading: “Roomrise analyzes and suggests, you decide.” This page only says the same thing again.

  1. Input signalsBooking pace, day-by-day occupancy, channel mix, the rate currently on display.
  2. A suggestion per nightOne level per night, not one multiplier for the whole month.
  3. A reason attachedEvery suggestion states which signal pushed it up and which pulled it down.
  4. GuardrailsYou set the price ceiling and floor, each change is capped, and an unusual signal cuts the suggestion off.
  5. You approveApply one day or a whole range. If you don't click, the rate stays as it is.
  6. Decision logEvery apply or skip is logged, and the real outcome feeds back in as a signal for next time.

AI Reply

Drafts the reply, matched to the exact booking

The suggestion is written right in the inbox, based on the booking and the history of that exact conversation. Not a generic chatbot that only knows the hotel's name.

  1. A guest message arrivesFrom a sales channel or a direct booking, into one shared inbox.
  2. Reads the contextWhich booking, which room type, which dates, and the conversation that came before.
  3. A suggestion appearsWritten in the guest's own language, with a Vietnamese translation for you to read before you approve it.
  4. Confidence levelEvery suggestion carries a confidence score. Below the threshold it cannot auto-send, even if you have turned auto-send on.
  5. Flags a possible inventionA sentence citing a number that can't be traced back to the property's data gets flagged on the spot.
  6. You edit, then sendEdit right in the composer. It sends through the same channel the guest is using, no need to reopen that channel's own app.

Of course, I'll combine it for you. The e-invoice will be emailed within 24 hours after you check out, with an itemized statement so you can check each charge.

AI for reviews

Review replies, three levels you choose

Reviews from every channel land in one place, and Roomrise drafts the reply. Three levels: off, drafted and waiting for your approval, or answered automatically.

  1. A review arrivesFrom the sales channels, with the score for each category and what the guest wrote.
  2. DraftedThe reply is written to match what the guest actually said, not one template pasted onto every review.
  3. Your three levelsOff, Suggest, Automatic. The default level is Suggest, so a person always reads it first.

Before the click

Roomrise hands over a number and a reason. The pause before the click belongs to the operator, and Roomrise doesn't shorten it.

Boundaries

AI stops where a person needs to decide

The four points below are product defaults, not promises made on this page. Each can be turned on or off in Settings, except the safety gates marked as unable to be switched off.

  • Auto-apply is off by default

The property owner has to turn it on in Settings. The moment it is turned on with nothing else chosen, Roomrise sets the tightest threshold by default.

  • Below the confidence threshold, it doesn't auto-send

Even with auto-send turned on, a suggestion that isn't confident enough stays and waits for a person. This gate cannot be switched off.

  • Some messages are always routed to a person

A message with a negative tone, or one asking for a commitment outside scope, stops and waits for staff to handle it.

  • No efficiency numbers

Roomrise doesn't publish a percentage revenue increase or hours saved. There is no public measurement yet, so there is no number to give.

Calling it by its name

Operations automation is not AI

Check-in, check-out, room assignment and housekeeping run on conditions you set in Settings: met the condition, it runs, otherwise it doesn't. No model reasons about it, so Roomrise doesn't call it AI.

Saying so makes the real AI more credible, not less. Software that labels every automatic step as AI is software with no label left for the part that actually is AI.

Operations automation

Auto check-in on scheduleAfter check-in time (14:00), eligible bookings are checked in automatically.
Auto check-out on scheduleAfter check-out time (12:00), in-house stays check out; bookings with a balance or deposit wait for manual handling.
Auto housekeeping to ReadyAfter check-out, a cleaning task is created and the room goes back to Ready once housekeeping is done.

Runs when conditions are met

Settings · the operations automation switches, turned on one at a time.

Questions about AI

Ask AI questions directly, get direct answers

Including what Roomrise AI doesn't do yet.

Does AI change my rates on its own?
Not by default. Auto-apply stays off until you turn it on in Settings, and the moment you turn it on Roomrise sets the tightest threshold. You choose the scope it applies to and can exclude any room type.
Does AI send messages to guests on its own?
Only if you turn it on, and even then some gates can't be switched off: a suggestion below the confidence threshold cannot send, and a message with a negative tone or an out-of-scope request is routed back to a person.
Does AI read other properties' data to suggest something for me?
No. Rate suggestions are calculated from your own property's booking history, occupancy pattern, channel mix and the rate currently on display.
How many AI features does Roomrise have?
Three: rate suggestions, drafted guest replies in the inbox, and drafted review replies. Every other automatic step in the product is rule-based automation, not AI, and Roomrise calls it by that name.
How much time does Roomrise AI save?
Roomrise hasn't published a number for this yet. No property has agreed to be named in a public measurement, so there is no number to give. When there is, it will appear here.
